BahirChalo.com ("BahirChalo", "we", "us") is a free AI-powered travel discovery and planning platform for Pakistan. We help you research and compare flights, hotels, buses, trains, restaurants and attractions, and we link you out to third-party partner sites to actually book. No bookings or payments are processed on BahirChalo. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account data (optional): name, email and preferences if you create an account to save trips.
- Planning inputs: origin, destination, dates, budget, traveller count and free-text prompts you submit to the AI Trip Planner.
- Device & usage data: IP address, device type, browser, app version, pages viewed, approximate location.
- Cookies & similar tech: for session management, analytics and personalisation.
We do not collect passenger CNIC/passport numbers, payment details, or card information โ those are entered on the partner booking site, not here.
2. How we use your information
- To show relevant search results, recommendations and itineraries.
- To power the AI Trip Planner.
- To save your planned trips if you have an account.
- To improve our products through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
- To prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.
- With your consent, to send occasional emails about new destinations and features.
3. Partner sites & outbound links
When you click a "Book on โฆ" or similar link, you leave BahirChalo and continue on a third-party site (airline, hotel, OTA, bus or rail operator). That site has its own privacy policy and collects its own data, including any payment and traveller details. We do not control or receive your payment information.
4. AI Trip Planner
Prompts and preferences you submit to the AI Planner are processed by our systems and trusted AI providers to generate itineraries. We do not sell prompts. Aggregated, de-identified prompt data may be used to improve recommendations.
5. What we do not do
- We do not process payments or store card/wallet details.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your planning data with partner sites unless you click through to them.
6. Data retention
Account and saved-trip data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Anonymised analytics may be retained longer.
7. Your rights
- Access, correct or download a copy of your personal data.
- Delete your account at any time.
- Opt out of marketing at any time.

8. Security
We use TLS encryption, encrypted storage and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure โ please use a strong password and notify us of any suspicious activity.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13.
