You should be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian.

BahirChalo is an information, comparison and planning tool. We display schedules, prices, photos, reviews and AI-generated suggestions for informational purposes. When you choose to book, you leave BahirChalo and complete the transaction on the partner website (airline, hotel, OTA, bus or rail operator). The travel contract is strictly between you and that supplier — their fare rules, baggage rules, check-in, cancellation and refund policies apply.

• We do not take payments, hold inventory, or issue tickets.
• We never ask for your card number, CVV, OTP or wallet PIN. Anyone claiming to take payment on behalf of BahirChalo is not us.
• Prices and availability shown are indicative and may differ from the partner site at the moment of booking — always verify on the partner site before paying.

Itineraries, prices, distances and recommendations generated by our AI are estimates for planning only. Real-time availability, weather, road conditions, security advisories, regulations and supplier pricing may change. Always verify critical details before travel.

We work hard to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every price, schedule, photo or review is current. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at hello@bahirchalo.com.

You are responsible for valid CNIC, passport, visa, NOC (where required for minors) and any health or security requirements for your destination. BahirChalo is not liable for missed travel due to incorrect or missing documentation.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including: scraping, automated harvesting of listings, abusive language toward our team, impersonating BahirChalo, or attempting to bypass security controls.

You may post reviews and photos. By doing so you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them. We may remove content that is unlawful, defamatory or violates third-party rights.

The Platform links to third-party booking sites and displays supplier names and logos for identification only. BahirChalo is not affiliated with most suppliers shown. We are not responsible for the content, security or practices of any third-party site.

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BahirChalo is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from: (a) reliance on prices, schedules or itineraries shown; (b) actions or service failures of any partner site or supplier; (c) force majeure events; or (d) trip disruptions outside our control. Because BahirChalo does not charge travellers, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to PKR 1,000.

You agree to indemnify BahirChalo against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
