Refunds

BahirChalo is a free planning and discovery platform. We do not take payments and we do not issue tickets, vouchers or bookings โ€” so we have nothing to refund. All transactions happen on the partner site you were referred to (airline, hotel, OTA, bus or rail operator).

We don't charge travellers
BahirChalo is free to use. There is no booking fee or service fee from us.
Refunds via the partner
Your refund is governed by the policy of the site that took your payment.

How to request a refund

  1. Open the confirmation email or app from the site you booked with (e.g. the airline, hotel, Sastaticket, Bookme, Booking.com, etc.).
  2. Use their "Manage booking" or "Cancel" option, or contact their support directly.
  3. Follow their fare/rate rules โ€” refund eligibility, fees and timelines are set by them.

Typical timelines (set by the partner)

  • Supplier processing: usually 3โ€“10 business days after the refund is approved.
  • Refund to your card / wallet: an additional 5โ€“7 business days depending on your bank.

Disputes & scams

We never collect payment on BahirChalo. If anyone asks you to pay BahirChalo directly โ€” by transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card โ€” it is a scam. Report it to us immediately.

What BahirChalo can do

If you booked through a partner you discovered on BahirChalo and they are unresponsive, email us with the booking reference and a short description. We'll do our best to point you to the right contact channel โ€” but we cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
